Charna Flanzer maintains a private Career Coaching and Strategy practice in Philadelphia and New York City for the last 14 years. She provides both career and executive coaching to artists, students, and working professionals at all stages of their careers. Ms. Flanzer studied drawing and sculpture at the New York Studio School of Drawing, Painting and Sculpture in New York before returning to New York University for her coaching credentials. This combined skill set makes her uniquely qualified to work with artists and the creative mind, which is her passion.
Ms. Flanzer has over 25 years of business experience in career strategy and development in both the private sector and university setting. Currently she coaches, teaches classes and workshops for both the academic and private sector. She has also authored over 40 courses and workshops on topics such as creativity, uniqueness, identifying transferrable skills, resume and cover letter writing, presentation skills, interviewing techniques, and working through internal barriers and fear, to name a few.
Prior to joining New York University, Charna held Vice President positions at two New York based retained Executive Search Firms, recruiting senior strategists and business development executives for Fortune 500 companies.
