Fiber Arts: Art Quilt
What story do you want to tell? In this workshop we’ll build quilt squares that share stories of our own. Students will learn machine and hand sewing techniques and embroidery stitches, create applique and construct dimensional fabric forms, and look at wonderful storytelling art quilts. You may bring your own portable sewing machine or share time on ours. Some familiarity with sewing and embroidery is recommended but not required.
