This class teaches techniques and concepts to enhance the illusion of three-dimensional form and depth of space through the study of linear perspective. Scale change, overlap and variation of line weight will be discussed as well as basic concepts of two-point perspective. Students will draw diagrammatically as well as from observation while utilizing still life, large scale constructions, the figure in an environment, and architectural spaces.
