SUMMARY:Diálogo 365: New Rhizomes Exhibition
DESCRIPTION:Curated by: Gerard Silva & Andreina Castillo\, Diálogo 365 Founder\nOpening Reception: Friday\, August 12\, 6PM\nArtist Talk: Saturday\, August 27\, 4PM\n\n\n\n\nInspired by the 360 Cultural Lab mission and taking stock of the massive exodus from Venezuela in the last decade\, Diálogo 365: New Rhizomes takes the concept of placemaking as a departure point. We are asking artists to unpack the interpretations and possibilities of placemaking in our current state of uncertainty. In what ways do we strengthen or sabotage our sense of place? How are we rethinking what it means to connect to one another? How do we fortify our stems to build more equity as inbetweeners? Diálogo 365: New Rhizomes seeks a variety of visual perspectives from emerging and established artists of Latin American and Caribbean heritage. \n  \n360 Culture Lab has been supported by The Pew Center for Arts & Heritage.\n \nMasks are currently required for all Fleisher visitors when on the premises.
