Assemblage Jewelry: Altered and Repurposed (four-session workshop)
Release your creative spirit while learning how to assemble found objects and repurposed jewelry parts to make one-of-a-kind wearable art. This class will focus on different ways to connect with wire wrapping, connecting with jump rings, chaining, and beading techniques. We will be looking at different assemblage artists and how they problem-solve while coming up with ways of problem-solving for your one-of-a-kind pieces. All materials and tools will be provided. The class is designed for beginners.
This is an in-person class that will take place in our Jewelry Studio with strict social distancing protocols and a maximum of five students in the space. Students will be required to wear masks for the entire duration of the class. Please see our COVID-19 community safety policies.
