Drawing Dance at BalletX (five-session workshop)
Join us to enjoy the inspiration Ballet X provides. We will split our time between observing rehearsals of this exciting company, and working up drawings and paintings back at Fleisher’s studio. Working in a spirit of inspiration employs memory and observation in a fearless way. Come with us to share the excitement of dance, as well as the excitement of drawing or painting the dance and the dancer.
What you will learn:
Drawing from a moving figure
Capturing gesture and movement
The proportions and structure of the human figure
