The Figure in Watercolor

In this online class, explore the process of painting the figure in watercolor and other water-based mediums. Learn from demonstrations on color mixing, application techniques, examples of figure studies in watercolor, and have ample time to experiment. An overview of anatomy will help you consider the figure holistically, and render more lifelike portraits. We will work with live models on Zoom and photographs.

Special notes:
This is an online class hosted through Zoom. We recommend that you download the free Zoom application on your computer, phone, or tablet in advance of the first class. You will receive a confirmation email containing a link to join the course via Zoom. The same link will be used each week.
