Fleisher Art Memorial is pleased to present the 2023 Wind Challenge Exhibition Series with two consecutive shows featuring the work of six contemporary artists from the Philadelphia area. The first exhibition, on view from February 11 through March 10 in the Dene M. Louchheim Galleries at Fleisher, showcases the work of Katie Kaplan, Paige Morris, Kara Mshinda. The second part of this year’s series will follow from March 25 through April 21 featuring the work of Jordan Deal, Lena Kolb, and Caitlin McCormack.

Established in 1978, the Wind Challenge is an annual juried competition committed to featuring the work of exceptional artists living in the Philadelphia region. Since its inception, the series has supported the careers of hundreds of emerging artists and introduced their work to thousands of visitors. The Wind Challenge Exhibition Series is made possible thanks to generous support from the Wind Foundation.
