Fleisher Art Memorial recently welcomed Crystal Ciervo in the newly established role of Deputy Director.

Crystal Ciervo is a nonprofit, arts, and entertainment professional with over 20 years of experience driving operational excellence and building high-performing teams. She most recently served as Chief Operating Officer at the Philadelphia Film Society, the host of the Philadelphia Film Festival, where she worked for almost a decade. As COO, she oversaw a staff of 20 and supported the organization’s educational programs, fundraising initiatives, and venue expansion. Previously, Crystal held leadership roles at CID Entertainment and Live Nation.

A resident of Philadelphia, Ciervo holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Loyola University Maryland.
