ColorWheels: Penn Live Arts / Philadelphia Children’s Festival at the Annenberg Center

The 2022 Philadelphia Children’s Festival features two exciting performances and a FREE outdoor concert. Plus, enjoy the outdoor PLAYground with hands-on activities, roving performers and more. The Children’s Festival is rain or shine.

Visit the Children’s Festival’s outdoor PLAYground from 12:00-3:30 pm for free hands-on activities with arts partners from across the city including The Clay Studio, Circadium – School of Contemporary Circus, Fleisher Art Memorial and The Philly POPS. The Phillie Phanatic, Shelli Buttons and DJ Scott from G.K. Entertainment will add to the fun!
