Pop Arts: Flying Creature Mobiles (grades K-2)

First, we will create colorful, double-sided drawings of real or imagined flying creatures. Then we’ll assemble them into a hanging mobile sculpture using string, sticks, and found objects.

Pop Arts are Fleisher’s new online Saturday workshops, featuring fun and engaging art-making experiences for young artists in grades K-12. Carefully designed by our talented teaching artists, each Pop Arts workshop runs for 90 minutes. Young artists and their families are encouraged to sign up for as many workshops as they want!

Each workshop is offered with a suggested donation of $10-$15. Advanced registration is required and space is limited. Pop Arts will be hosted on Zoom, and you will receive a link to join once you complete your registration.

Paper
Pencil
Eraser
Color pencils, crayons, or markers
Scissors
String, and a stick, pole, or hanger to serve as the base of the mobile
