Kevin Huang
Kevin is a Philadelphia-based artist. He is a 2021 Fleisher Wind Challenge winner and a Brooklyn Arts Council grant recipient. His work is included in corporate and individual collections internationally. He earned a Bachelor of Architecture and a Master of Science in community and regional planning from Pratt Institute in Brooklyn. His practice incorporates glass and woodworking, metalworking, and digital technology. He credits his apprenticeship to Ernest Porcelli Art Glass for developing his skills as a glassmaker and values his work as an assistant on sculptural projects by Mark Ferguson, Jim Dine, Holly Morse, and Tom Miles.
