Ceramics: Stories for the Ages | Cerámica: Cuentos Para Las Generaciones
Join us for a celebration and exhibition of works from Ceramics: Stories for the Ages, a class at Fleisher Art Memorial designed in partnership with Puentes De Salud and led by renowned artist Kukuli Velarde.
The class comprised Spanish-speaking, older adults and was part of Fleisher’s new Creative Aging Initiative sponsored by the National Guild of Community Art Education and Lifetime Arts. Come explore beautiful ceramic artworks and enjoy snacks and refreshments. The event will also feature fun ceramics activities for kids and adults!
Acompáñanos en una exposición y a celebrar obras hechas en Cerámicas: Cuentos para las Generaciones, una clase de Fleisher Art Memorial, diseñado en colaboración con Puentes de Salud, e instruido por la reconocida artista Kukuli Velarde.
La clase fue compuesta por adultos hispanohablantes, como parte de una iniciativa nueva de Fleisher. La cual, fue patrocinada por la National Guild of Community Art Education y Lifetime Arts. Asiste y explora estas bellas obras de arte en cerámica y disfruta de bocadillos y refrigerios. Durante el evento, diviértete con actividades de cerámica para niños y adultos.
