Day of the Dead Celebration 2021

Join Fleisher and the Latinx committee, La Calaca Flaca, in October as we hold our ninth annual Día de Muertos celebration. El Día de Muertos is a festive Mexican holiday to honor ancestors and deceased loved ones. These festivities includes a procession, music, food, and La Ofrenda (the altar). This year we will celebrate outdoors in our parking lot and La Ofrenda will live inside Fleisher’s Sanctuary space and will be available for viewing. Several workshops are held during the month of October inviting the community to join us in creating offerings for the altar.
