JumpstART – Sculpting in Clay

Fleisher’s JumpstART Workshops are single-session workshops that provide an introduction to our rich offerings and specialized studios. Led by our renowned teaching artists, the workshops are a welcoming and fun way to engage with art and share the experience with family and friends. You will walk away with a new understanding of a creative medium and an original artwork! Registration is just $25 and all supplies are included.

Explore one of the simplest and most responsive modeling materials: clay. You will exercise your visual-spatial thinking and will be introduced to basic sculptural concepts such as volume, plane, texture, line, and weight. We’ll fire your finished sculpture and you can pick it up within two weeks.
