The June, Fleisher welcomed new Board member Raymond Perkins.

Perkins, Ph.D. is a Senior Research Scientist in People Analytics and Workforce Strategy at Meta (formerly Facebook). At Meta he develops quantitative models and data-driven strategies to support the development of Meta’s current and future workforce. Prior to Meta, Raymond was a Quantitative Investment Analyst and an Associate Vice President at T. Rowe Price in the Multi-Asset Department. As a quantitative analyst he focused on developing asset allocation strategies and retirement oriented products and solutions. Over his career he has served as a consultant and researcher at a variety of academic and corporate institutions including Air Liquide, the Mathematical Science Research Institute, and the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.

Raymond has a PhD and Masters in Operations Research and Financial Engineering from Princeton University and a Bachelors of Arts in Mathematics and Economics from Morehouse College.
